Free UK delivery when you spend £50 and over, £3.50 for orders under £50.

Items are sent from Cardiff, Wales, UK using Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 3-5 working days* from dispatch.

All of our products are lovingly made to order. We try our hardest to get all orders dispatched within 7-10 days of receiving the order.

*Please note this is Royal Mail's estimate and is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. [With the current pandemic delivery times may be longer than usual]

RETURNS INFORMATION
We really hope you are happy with your purchase from Pinc Melon but we totally understand if for any reason you want to return or exchange an item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a return please email us at sales@pincmelon.com within 28 days of dispatch. All returns require authorisation from a customer support team member.

- We are unable to refund personalised items unless damaged**
- We are not responsible for any spelling/grammatical errors on personalised items.
- We are not responsible for any items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender - please check over this information correctly before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper care of our products.
- All items should be checked upon receipt for any damages**
- Our delivery costs are non-refundable. In addition, when returning items the delivery cost of returning an item is your responsibility.

**In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please email sales@pincmelon.com immediately with an image of the faulty item.
